Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by InfoDive Labs Pvt Ltd ("InfoDive Labs," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
InfoDive Labs provides technology consulting, software development, AI/ML solutions, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and related IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during a project engagement shall be assigned to the client upon full payment. InfoDive Labs retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the applicable SOW or engagement agreement. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoDive Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
